Ingredients (Serves 1):
1 skinless chicken breast (sliced)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chilli powder
Iceberg lettuce
1 tomato
½ cucumber
½ lemon
Fresh parsley
Instructions:
Cook the chicken slices thoroughly in a pan with olive oil and chilli powder until fully cooked.
Slice all the vegetables.
Place the cooked chicken in a bowl, add the sliced vegetables, drizzle with fresh lemon juice, and sprinkle parsley on top.
