Spicy Chicken Salad

Ingredients (Serves 1):

  • 1 skinless chicken breast (sliced)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp chilli powder

  • Iceberg lettuce

  • 1 tomato

  • ½ cucumber

  • ½ lemon

  • Fresh parsley

Instructions:

  1. Cook the chicken slices thoroughly in a pan with olive oil and chilli powder until fully cooked.

  2. Slice all the vegetables.

  3. Place the cooked chicken in a bowl, add the sliced vegetables, drizzle with fresh lemon juice, and sprinkle parsley on top.
