½ cup of baby spinach
¼ cup of chopped celery and red onion
1 tsp of lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper for seasoning
Sprinkle of chili flakes or herbs (optional)
Instructions:
Cook salmon to your preference.
In a bowl, add salmon, baby spinach, celery and red onion.
Drizzle olive oil, lemon juice on top and season with salt, pepper, herbs or spices.
